We start with a full diagnostic — production data, inverter logs, and a hands-on inspection — then explain exactly what's wrong and what it takes to fix it before any work begins.
Need roof work or panels temporarily removed? See roofing and remove & reinstall.
Warranty Repairs
Parts are covered. Labor is not.
Pure Solar does not manufacture solar equipment. Panels, inverters, optimizers, and batteries are made and warrantied by their manufacturers — SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, Generac, and others. We file and manage the warranty claim on your behalf.
Covered by the manufacturer
If warrantied equipment fails and needs to be replaced, the replacement equipment is provided at no cost to you.
Billed to you
There is a cost for the labor to diagnose, remove, and install the replacement equipment. Equipment manufacturers do not cover labor or installation.
